But somewhere along the way, your life stopped feeling like yours.
You live by calendars, deadlines, alarms, night shifts, notifications, and expectations. Your days move fast. Your mind moves faster. And your body… maybe she hasn't had a say in a long time.
This retreat is designed precisely for women like you — women who give so much, run so hard, and rarely get to be held by anything soft.
A schedule-free, candlelit, sensory-grounded experience that invites your body to lead — not your calendar.
For three days, you'll step out of the masculine world of structure, deadlines, and doing… and into a feminine world of rhythm, intuition, and spacious choice.
This is a nervous system reset, a circadian reset, and a creativity reset — all in one.
Wander freely between stations of creativity, rest, and ritual.

Make space for yourself. Your body, your restoration, your time.

Candlelight only after sunset. Sleep without alarms. Eat when you're hungry.

Everything is an invitation, not an obligation. You choose what you do and when.

Explore painting, jewelry crafting, candle making, and more creative expressions.

Find quiet moments in nature, journaling, or simply being still.

Curl up with a book, write, or let your mind wander freely.

Move through activities when (and only when) your body wants to. Everything is an invitation, not an obligation.

No artificial lights. As dusk falls, we light the night together — a ritual that naturally resets your circadian rhythm and reconnects you to your inner flame.

You receive your own hand-poured candle to carry throughout the weekend — symbolizing your inner light, intuition, and creative power.

All around the retreat space, small invitations wait for you: journaling, movement, nature connection, reflection, sensory exploration, creative expression. You choose what calls to you.

A personal mini photoshoot with our retreat photographer, Monica. This is not about posing or performance. It’s a soft, intuitive moment of being seen — captured in presence, ease, and natural rhythm.

Gentle evening practices to help your body remember what true rest feels like.

Food appears throughout the day — nourishing, abundant, available without schedule or scarcity.

Sarah and Megan are present but not directive. They create the container and meet you with spaciousness, not structure.
This retreat is designed for women who live in high-intensity, high-responsibility environments — especially:
If you've lost touch with your intuition, your creativity, your rest, or your body's natural rhythm — this space is for you.

Metalsmith Artist & Cycle Coach
Sarah guides women back into relationship with their own timing, choices, and creative power. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity isn't about making art—it's about how you show up to your life. Every choice you make is an act of creation, and when life becomes too busy or too scheduled, that creative agency gets lost.
Her journey began after leaving restaurant management and, later, metalsmith apprenticing, following the loss of her mother in 2016. That moment pulled her into a deeper understanding of creativity, feminine flow. Since then, she has trained in cycle coaching, creativity coaching, yoga nidra, heart–brain coherence, and the cyclical wisdom found in Ayurveda and the natural world while she runs her metalsmith jewelry small business.
Sarah has held space in online courses, 1:1 coaching, workshops, and women's circles, guiding women through the same themes she had to learn to embody: honoring the come-down of the cycle, making room for rest, and remembering that self-care is a practice—not a task.
As a retreat chef and a lifelong student of nourishment, she teaches intuitive, mindful eating as an essential part of cycle work—offering women a gentler alternative to the rushed, disconnected pace of the world she once lived in. She knows firsthand what it feels like to put the job before the self, and this retreat is the one she wishes existed during that chapter of her life.
Her work helps women reconnect with their inner voice, recognize the wisdom in their body's cues, and build self-trust through daily and monthly rituals. From abhyanga and mindful eating to creative exploration, journaling, and yoga nidra, and cycle awareness she teaches the practices that changed her own life and restored her connection to her rhythm.

Ceremonial Flame Keeper
Megan crafts candles from natural materials for intention setting and the gentle art of noticing. Her work illuminates the experience—literally and energetically—inviting you to slow down. Using flame, beeswax, and intention as tools to regulate the nervous system, she helps you reconnect with circadian rhythm, and remember the sacred in the mundane.
Homesteading for over a decade has deepened her devotion to natural cycles. Living closely with the seasons taught her that the body thrives on the same intelligence found in nature—Honoring the rise and fall of the day, the glow of morning light, the dimming of evening, and the sacred pauses between shapes her candle practice.
Megan has held space in women's circles, retreats, and intimate community gatherings. While working with her own circadian rhythm has brought more peace, clarity, and harmony into her home, she teaches others how returning to these simple cycles helps us feel held rather than hurried.
These teachings are at the center of The Rhythm Reset: the power of slowing down, and the wisdom of simple rituals, Megan guides women to reconnect not just with themselves, but with the pace of life their bodies were always meant to live in.
